Rates: $200 per 45 minute session

Insurance:

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

 

Payment:

Cash, checks, and major credit cards are accepted payment methods

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not attend your scheduled therapy session and did not notify me 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the cost for the full session.
